We have them On Demand frequently and my daughter watches them when they’re available. You’re right, they are paced at a very reasonable speed for children. (I too hate the fast-paced cartoons of today which is why I’m so happy my daughter likes Tom&Jerry and Bugs Bunny). The pace at which the narrators read the stories are just as if someone were actually reading the book to a single child.

I bought the Farmer Brown/Duck books at Kohl’s a few years ago for my then 18mo daughter and nephew when they had them for $5. My nephew used to do the ‘moo’ when my brother in law read the book to him.
